Who will be conducting the cleaning service?
We have a team of highly trained and vastly experienced employees available to clean your home or business.
 
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do not require a contract. We do ask, however, that you give us advance notice if you require rescheduling. Also, please let us know where we can make improvements.
 
What are your available hours?
We are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we also offer service on the weekends. For commercial clients, we offer 24/7 service.
Should I do anything prior to my schedule cleaning?
To expedite your service, we ask that clothes, toys, and other items are picked up prior to your cleaning day.
 
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning?
Our employees will respect your property and will take great care of your belongings. In the event that something is damaged, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the item in question.
 
Who is responsible for workers' compensation, insurance, and employment taxes?
We are completely responsible for these items.
 
Should I provide any cleaning equipment?
No, we will provide all of the necessary cleaning equipment, unless there is something specific that you would like us to do.
 
Should I be present during the cleaning service?
Being present for the cleaning service is entirely up to you. If you feel comfortable giving us access to your home or business while you are away, that is fine. If we are not able to access your home or business, we may have to charge you a lock-out fee.
 
Do you provide services during the holidays?
Unfortunately, we do not provide cleaning services on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. We will, however, be in touch to reschedule your service in the event that your routine schedule falls on one of these days. Should you need to reschedule service, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We may charge a small fee if we do not receive proper notice. If you need us to skip service altogether, we may charge extra for the next cleaning to cover additional time.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or checks made payable to Spotless Residential Cleaning. These forms of payment can be left on the counter on the scheduled day of cleaning. We also accept major credit cards or your bank’s debit card. For your convenience, we also accept AutoPay.
